Founded in May 2008, Pearl Southern Couture is a collection that was inspired by the unique cities and rich heritage of the deep south. My vision for the collection was to create classic pieces that reflect that unique southern lifestyle.
While attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, I immediately fell in love with the ‘Southern Way’ of life - the way people dress up for special occasions and the thought and care they put into it. Upon receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Design and Textiles, with a Minor in Photography, I decided to bring my vision to life.
Pearl Southern Couture captures a sense of style that has evolved through the traditions and the charm of the deep south. Everything from the colors, textures, textiles, trims and fit.
Whether you are tailgating at a football game or going to a cocktail party, my designs are meant to be classic and transitional for all occasions… a staple in every woman’s closet. From Austin to New Orleans to Charleston, Pearl is inspired by Southern Women and the cities they love.

Pearl supports international standards for fair labor conditions and fundamental labor rights.
Pearl is proud to be a sustainable company, sourcing the mass majority of our fabric from local jobbers who sell fabric bolts left over from larger companies that would otherwise go to waste.
We create small, limited runs, increasing quality and reducing the odds of seeing your dress on someone else!
Garment quality & fit is very important to us. Each piece is fully lined, includes a closure and is made to last for years to come.
